Kids at Play is a nursery available to our members (children left in the nursery must also be members) who are working out in the Complex.  The nursery is located inside the Craft/Ceramic Room, and is for children ages infant to four years of age (up to age 8 during the summer months).  Come exercise and know your child is in good hands!  Maximum stay is one hour and thirty minutes.

Basic Weight Room Orientations

These 30-to-45-minute sessions are designed to give you the information and tools you need to use the fitness center and weight room equipment safely and effectively. Call the weight room staff at 547-1062 to schedule an orientation. FREE! 

Personal Fitness Consultations

Get started on the right track! One of our fitness specialists will design a workout program to help you meet your goals and needs, including a specific weight room workout and group exercise class orientation. Contact Andy at 547-1062 to schedule an appointment. 

Body Fat Testing

Did you know that body fat levels are indicators of overall health?  Are you interested in knowing your body fat?  Schedule an appointment with the weight room staff at 547-1062 for a body fat analysis.  Testing is performed through bioelectrical impedance.  Fee includes initial test as well as follow-up test.  Alternative body fat measurement methods are available for persons with pacemakers.

Personal Training

Do you have trouble sticking with a work-out plan?  Not sure what you should be doing to optimize your time in the gym?  Personal training may be just for you.  Contact the weight room staff at 547-1062 to schedule an initial consultation and be paired up with an appropriate personal trainer.

 CLASSICS

Body Sculpt: Shape and tone your muscles using weights, balls and bands!    

Body Spheres:  Make the most of your time on the physioball in this class which squeezes 60 minutes of work into 30!

Cardio Kick: Kick it into high gear with a power-packed hour of kicks and punches.  A super calorie burner!

Circuit City: This workout shouldn’t be taken lightly.  A great cardio and resistance work-out whether you’re new to the room or a seasoned pro.

Habit: Hips, Abs, Buns & Inner Thighs!  Lift, tighten and define those trouble spots!  Split into two sections, Booty and Abs!

Lite Aerobics: A low impact aerobics class geared to improve cardiovascular and overall health.

Steppin’ Double: An exciting and challenging workout.  Combine choreography and high energy for an action-packed 30 minute class.

RIDE OF YOUR LIFE

The Ride: A fantastic heart pumping workout.  Taught on a stationary bike, you will climb, sprint and train to incredible music and extraordinary instruction.

CHILL OUTS

Pilates: A no impact form of body conditioning designed to improve posture and correct muscular imbalances while strengthening muscles without adding bulk.

Strength and Stretch: This class meets twice a week.  Designed to improve strength, balance, coordination and posture. 

Yoga: Experience the rich benefits of yoga with this therapeutic and balanced yoga practice taught by a master yoga instructor.

WATER WORKS

Water Aerobics/Aquacise: A water-supported exercise class designed to get your heart pumping and muscles working through the resistance of water.

ACTION SPORTS

Road Run: Are you suffering from cabin fever? Take your workout outdoors and hit the road running! Stretch your legs and lungs with this invigorating calorie-burner.

Tread-N-Shed: Experience the benefits of this cardiovascular class taught on the treadmill.  This class utilizes sprints and slow walks with varying speeds and ramp heights.

Friday Trail Day: Time to hit the trails and spill your guts!  Not for the weak of heart, or ankles.  This class will get you up and running!

FEATURED CLASSES

Complete Core: Our newest evening class that specifically targets the muscles of the core.  Get those abs looking great by the spring!

Shape Up: A new early morning workout that incorporates the NAVY Seal training principles.  Be ready to work your muscles and take a dip in the pool.

Zumba: This is a “feel happy” class that combines motivating and high-energy Latin music with unique dance movements that allows you to dance away all your worries, while getting a great aerobic workout.

Body Rock Workout: The complete total body experience, it’s time to get that Hollywood body.  This class utilizes weights,  bands, physioballs and body bars to work towards that rock hard body.

Body Blast: Not for the weak at heart.  Get your blood flowing and  muscles pumped up with an intense weightlifting experience.
